      Pros

      Benefits are good. Work from home options are good. 401K is really good. The "idea" to hire within is there. Lots if programs set up like OWL. Oracle Women's Leadership. And brown bag lunches, etc.

      Cons

      Low salary and no raises or bonuses. We continue to hear there's no budget. Really???? Hiring within is not consistent even with excellent annual reviews. If you are here for a long time you don't get raises. It's really nice to work in a solid company but when you don't get compensated it's not such a good thing.

      Pros

      In theory Oracle has lots of "opportunities" being a large ambitious IT company in an interesting space with lots of resources.

      Cons

      Management is dysfunctional, morale is super low. There is lots of bureaucracy and politics.
