1. No hikes, even promotions, if they come, don't come with any salary hike 2. Even if you want to quit and go for MBA or something they won't give any Reco letter according to HR policy. So, the only advantage you had of working in a big brand is gone too 3. No onsite 4. Not a place for youngsters, no one even talk to each other
