Pathetic Experience of my life after joining as a fresher

Pros

(1) Good Work Life Balance (2) Flexible timing - no one is monitoring your in - out time.

Cons

(1) No Increment and bonus. (2) They do not even consider college fresher for hike and bonus after 1 year. (3) Not quality work in my team. (4) Too much politics in Management. (5) Not a good company for fresher for learning purpose. (6) Rate of iteration is not much hence Management is not bothered about Employee benefit and all. (7) No yearly fun event. No Deepawali/New Year gifts.
