Pros

Big name on resume, good place to learn, build a network, job security and overall work-life balance.

Cons

Low base pay compared to other SaaS companies, slow-moving industry to sell to, Top-down pressure from management gives off a very corporate feel, Lack of employee benefits (i.e. no snacks in office, fitness or commute stipend), Lack of employee appreciation in general i.e. work anniversaries etc. Very repetitive and does not feel innovative or forward-thinking.
