Pros

Professional development....have lots of time to leverage all the subscriptions oracle has to sites such as lynda.com, HBR, Safari etc.. Salary

Cons

Job adverts do not reflect reality, as in they hire you to do something and end up doing something completely different. Company culture is dog eats dog, no collaboration, different lines of business fighting each other over a deal In company training or 0 to 60 as they called is literally the worst training course I have attended. I could go on forever, the bottom line is.. not recommended unless it is your first job out of uni and you need to build up your CV PS Stay away from Malaga office, the ghetto of Oracle offices

Pros

They pay more than the rest of the industry - No pressure on results - High level of training - presence all over the world (easy internal moves) - Working hours (no more than 7/8)

Cons

company too big - a lot of useless time consuming activity - low level of middle management - no synergy between departments - no support (self service company) - complex processes
