Pros

Oracle has good benefits. Oracle is a company of the highest integrity in its dealings with customers, and employees. Oracle requires periodic refresher training to help employees understand its well-defined policies in all areas including for example, sexual harassment and corruption.

Cons

Oracle is not good with hardware. Oracle is a software company that bought Sun Microsystems, a hardware company, and has not been able to correct the deficiencies that were causing Sun its problems.
