Good products, stable company, decent pay. You can just whittle away you life here until you hit retirement.

Cons

You are just a number here. Manager's have too much control on employees careers, and most of the managers are poor choices.

Flexibility in time. Work from home option few days a week. Good sick leave policy.

Cons

More work but less head count. All acquired companies are not totally transitioned to working style of original Oracle. It is like 2 different companies.
