      Pros

      - Highly engaged management - Strong support system for employees at all levels - Truly merit based path to success and promotions with little to no politics - Strong pay and benefits - The job itself provides a high level of autonomy, where managers are not breathing down your neck - Working with many different industries and customers, so the job doesn't get stale. - Hard work speaks for itself and gets noticed!

      Cons

      - This is still a newer position within NetSuite, so the full responsibility of the role is still growing and changing. This could be a pro for some. - Promotions and pay increases are only given at the end of fiscal year, so it can take a while for compensation and title to fully catch up with responsibility. They always seem to make things whole in time, though.

      Pros

      NetSuite is a great place to be with a good culture. The leaders have a good open door policy and are very approachable. The benefits are decent and they provide many opportunities for career growth.

      Cons

      -Tuition reimbursement at NetSuite does not exist -They have proved that they will do layoffs to cut costs -Being attached to Oracle can have its downsides
