      - management is nice, gives you space to learn - have ability to work from home - very good medical coverage, unlimited vacation

      Cons

      - not much room for growth - too many reorgs since Thomas Kurian left oracle

      Individual freedom to shape and manage your day. When you find your role and place in the organization you can have a pleasant working situation.

      Cons

      Not a very friendly working environment. High focus on the individual and a carrot and stick mentality. You are always responsible even when you cannot influence the situation. Top down management.

      Great benefits but high staff turn over

      Pros

      The company encourages professional training. One can easily just build the skills from training at Oracle. The work is a lot of fun in the beginning. Work life balance is very good. Health benefits is fantastic.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, new skills acquired doesn't translate to much within the organisation. Employee retention is extremely poor, salary is never increased, promotion is never guaranteed. you can stay on the same role and same pay for years without change even if you meet you KPI YoY. After a while the job becomes routine and lacks excitement.
