The best products among IT industry. Well designed induction and training. International project teams. Well supported business trips.

Cons

Lack of flexibility in terms of adjustment to local markets. Complicated procedure of salary rise - really have to wait years and lots of justifications.

Good Vision, Great Company Strategy and Good Solutions

Organizational Structure is a complete mess. Overlapping of roles is causing internal competition which is not well taken by customers. Instead of working as a team we ended up competing and not offering the best value proposition to our customers. Lack of proper people management skills within the entire management organization. Absence of career path advisory, no annual review in place. Never had a proper discussion with my manager about my career path, goals and how to achieve them. Bonus Scheme is not clear and management does not even bother to share info on how the business is performing and how that would reflect our quarterly payout
