First level management is generally very good. Not micro managed. Salary/bonus is middle of the road.

Cons

You'll never get a base salary bump. You'll never know where you fall within your role pay band, it's a black hole. You can ask but you will never get an answer. Bonus structure is just plain backward for this role. Salary/bonus is middle of the road.
