Pros
- Unmatched flexibility of location and working hours as long as you get stuff done - The company is cutting edge in technology, so self service oriented and easy to reach everyone in the organization. Ideal if you are self motivated and accountable. - Pays well but make sure you negotiate well your starting salary. Salary increases are almost unheard of in my inner circle.
Cons
- No clear career development path - Hard to get a salary raise, need to negotiate well at entry. Ask now for the salary you want in 5 years, cause it is unlikely to increase.
