      - Good WLB. - Good Pay. - Good Insurance. - WFH option and a good colleague

      Cons

      - A horrendous recruitment process. - Bad patches are getting onboarded as managers. - Entire OCI operations are full of spineless morons who have: - '0' Technical capability - '0' Managerial capability - '0' Communication skill - '0' negotiation skill Also no career growth here. Just Rest and Vest.

      A plethora of jobs advertised internally and opportunity to move around. You get to work with the latest Oracle tech (OCI, DB, Apps, DevTools etc.) and other non-Oracle big brand 3rd party software integrating into the Oracle business. Flexible work options available.

      Cons

      Compensation is not the best and could go years (8-10 years is not uncommon) without any adjustment.
