      Good Pay Good Health Insurance, Dental, and Vision

      Cons

      Inadequate tools. Dependency upon inferior homegrown tools/products. Resistant to use of best of bread toolsets. Silo'd teams with no direct leadership and very limited cross-team collaboration. Substandard or missing automation. Repetitive tasks are done manually. 'Unique' culture is really a 'no help' culture, not a self-help culture.

      Hell will break open if you are working for Oracle Identity Management Suite OIM. The software is full of bugs and only God can help you if you work in Operations supporting it.
