The jo I do is Diverse. The company supports Continuous learning. It gives a big Freedom how to work, what to do.It has Better than average salary.

Cons

Big organization where finding an answer to the questions are not simple. It has Difficult processes The benefit system could be improved. There are big (causeless) differences between the countries.

Great industry knowledge and has a solid product offering (utilities). Most people are knowledgeable with the product and have the passion to deliver the best solution.

Cons

Quite a bit of bureaucracy to get things approved. Some policies are not quite appropriate for travelling consultants. Promotions and increases are hard to come by
