Cons

At times there are so many things going on and lots of different groups involved, it can be tough to know who is responsible for doing what.

Big enough company that it will be around for a while.

Cons

Oracle is blind to the massive Cloud and SaaS changes going in the market place. They're just too slow to adapt and they can't just buy their way out of this one with acquisitions. Company is incapable of innovation for anything other than their DB. Bland, boring, culture. Creative folks are not part of the Oracle DNA.
