Global reach, credentials, access to top accounts, technical support and sales support are excellent. Vertical business units have great growth potential and allowed to manage their strategy.

Cons

Acquired companies not forced to integrate and follow policies. Sun acquisition didn't weed out the poor mid-level managers who have no idea how to fit into Oracle's model. Secretive direction and strategy for the company, no transparency Give acquired people real jobs that apply to Oracle, too many pretending to work on things that no longer exist
