Pros

-some of the LOBs are mature,have good processes and procedures in place -plenty of training and resources available,it's up to employees to want to develop their skills -employees that exceed expectations are recognized, have opportunities to advance in their careers, receive salary raises

Cons

-hard to implement changes,each LOB has it's own processes and procedures that don't align with others so the customers receive inconsistent support -budget for raises not allocated regularly

Pay is not that bad Very stable Lots of resources, job gets easy Very good atmosphere in the support organization Amazingly talented people to work with

Cons

Poor to no career plan Internal HR management sucks, you are basically on your own Such a large company that adapting to organizational change is very slow
