Good first job, but monotonous work

Pros

- Good company culture, everyone is nice and is willing to help you - Good resources and discounts - 2 week training so you feel ready to use the system - Had a good team, but this can be hit or miss because each BDM is very different - They put you on track to be promoted in 18 months

Cons

- Work is VERY monotonous and days start to blend together - Quotas were too high considering the amount of activities they wanted you to complete for the week (they focused too much on number of calls and emails even if you were hitting quota) - AEs will get upset if you send them a "bad lead" but you're encouraged by management to send everything up so it can be frustrating when AEs give push back (too much contradicting advice) - Promotion track is messy and changes all the time, but you will eventually be promoted
