- Plenty of opportunities to learn and also for networking - Flexibility - work from home

Cons

- Salaries rarely increase - Constant Changes (Change is good but sometimes you need to let the change show it's effects before you already implement the next change)

- Salaries above market level. - Flexible and WFH option. - No micro managing. - Opportunities to learn.

Cons

- Constant internal changes/restructuring. Every FY there are many changes. - Lack of transparency during layoffs. - Very hard to grow. - No annual salary reviews. Better to negotiate a high salary from the start!
