Pros

Great benefits for employees. They allow to work from home, going to the office is totally volunteering.

Cons

Not sure about how the bonus is calculated, sometimes is good, but the last months has been decreasing. The communication between teams is difficult, they are not used to talk with teamates with a lower position (e.g. if I reach out a director, probably he/she won't respond) Oracle doesn't organize anything at the end of the year, it's weird to be part of a big company and not having any end of the year celebration.
