Pros

Good work life balance, great social large team of BDR's, the people, indirect managers / colleagues super helpful. Always events going on. Overall good place to start as a grad in london to meet new people and realise that you don't want to do sales!

Cons

constant change and such large turnover of highly trained staff, which was never looked into, when they could have moved elsewhere in department. A lot of cold calling so not the best job if that's not for you. Treated like children by some of the senior management with a massive lack of communication.
