      Great benefits, such as health plan.

      Cons

      Don’t expect to get a raise, there’s no training, management are just secretary. Rather hire people from the outside as manager that do not know the product and won’t learn the product than workers from the inside.

      Cons

      The most racist company in technology sector. There are so many more cons.. toxic culture, unethical behavior, etc. But Oracle fails to grasp the value diversity brings to the workplace. People of color are treated poorly.
