      Pros

      Great people, huge organization so ability to travel is there, have aquired some amazing technology

      Cons

      as it's global it can make things difficult to get, such as access to people in India / USA sometimes. Going through massive transformation currently, which makes things difficult as the organisation is is a state of flux, makes consistency difficult. Territories / complans / products all need to be reviewed.

      Pros

      Freedom to operate and grow your career with lots of training offered. They have renovated all of the office, and its a much nicer environment to work in EMEA.

      Cons

      Variable comp plan / Incentive plan stinks. they give unattainable targets with massive year on year growth, meaning each year you r earning potential is reduced significantly.

      Pros

      Oracle has very good technology, especially on the information management side. Their renewed focus on cloud, while late in the game, assures their ongoing relevance in the industry. The commission scheme is very attractive to salespeople, since its very simple to understand and overachievement is rewarded generously.

      Cons

      The organization is built for conflict and internal competition. It is not very collaborative. People are encouraged to compete with each other, and among teams. It does not inspire loyalty in its employees, so people come and go pretty quickly. I get the feeling the organization does not value the customer relationship in the long term, its priority is on how much it can monetize in the short term.
