      flexible work conditions opportunitis for working at home

      Cons

      ever present threat of lyoffs very cheap company where greedy execs give themselves enormous salaries and stock options tiny severance packages hardly any R&D -- they prefer to buy small companies due to its size, its virtually impossible to have any real influence in product direction

      You can work from any place. The only pro this company has.

      Cons

      Based on 2 years of experience in bangalore office - - - Not employee friendly. No hikes or minimal (<4) Irregular salary structure, pays far less than its competitors. Stone aged proprietary frameworks that you have to work on Team shifting is not easy. Lots of politics involved. First ever company in which I hear upper management using curse (F) words during scrum calls on nearly daily basis Lots of interdependencies on other teams. Limited scope of growth in a team. No health checkups.

      Excellent Benefits Packet - Nice work environment - Nice shift differentials - Good work-life balance accommodations - Since ORACLE is an enormous company there are lots of job opportunities in different departments within the organization

      Salaries are underpaid depending of job title and department - No Cost of life adjustments - No raises - No work incentives - Their hiring process is a joke - Very poorly quality control - Constant increase of responsibilities and workload without adjustment in job title or salary - no employee performance control - very badly structured -
