      1. Flexible work culture 2. Opportunity for training and certification 3. Stable Job with no threats of Lay offs

      1. Limited growth opportunities 2. Zero Pay increases for years together 3. Unattainable Bonus Targets 4. Bullying from the Senior and Middle Management 5. Difficult to get leaves and vacations approved 6. Difficult to get expense reports approved

      Very flexible schedule. Freedom to run your own deals and management encouragement to qualify customer opportunities. People are driven and motivated for the most part.

      Cons

      Very limited promotion in SC organization. Very little opportunity to move from SC to account exe. Organization structure does not encourage cross team collaborations.
