      Great place to work if you have a family

      Pros

      Flexibility with time off and family considerations, ability to make your own schedule. Excellent health care and 401(k) plan with up to 3% match. Opportunities to get extended learning. Micro-management was kept to a minimum. Team outings are encouraged.

      Cons

      Late nights communications needed with off-shore teams. Target dates had to be re-evaluated because complex integrations were not thoroughly evaluated. There were not sponsored workout facilities. Vacation time is capped at 3 years.
