      Pros

      Innovation oriented company which had more heart than head. Work-life balance largely supported but depends on your immediate boss. Supportive management in terms of freedom to choose your focus area.

      Cons

      Career-path unclear as company has no defined guidelines. Almost all aspects of your work environment depends entirely on your immediate boss and virtually NIL interaction with upper-management. Decision making is slow.

      Cons

      Compensation is below market and quotas are notorious for being set so high that attainment may be nearly impossible. Very few people break 100% and even fewer are invited to Presidents Club.
