      Pros

      Pay scale was fare and good benefits Great location near Boulder, and very nice building with open space and good parking In many instances ability to work from home few days per week Great folks that work there from numerous other companies

      Cons

      Too many business decisions had to be made at the CEO level and he is making the wrong decisions in regards to the Sun hardware business. Major mistakes made costing millions in lost service revenue on very profitable product lines.

      Pros

      Excellent business that executes like crazy, and knows how to win. Focus, energy, and passion are incredible. Experience gained here is invaluable in future jobs. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Compensation. Bonuses are significantly below industry averages (no targets set, so you have no idea what you'll get). Raises are hard to come by. Promotions are easier however do not come with pay increases. Typical big company bureaucracy. In engineering, a culture of over competition between groups. Most people work hard and very long hours.
