      Pros

      The work environment is good , training is given whenever required and chances of \new tool learning, friendly management is good.

      Cons

      no promotion or appraisal for last 2 years which made the head counts go less than they expected. Employee satisfaction is less.

      Access to all the resources you need - if you can convince management. Good benefits. "Industry standard" working hours.

      Cons

      Company too big to see the impact of what you do. Extremely political, not a meritocracy. Regime of fear (who will be fired next).

      Brand, Brand, Brand - A Very good resume builder High Tech space - Top notch enterprise technology which has a demand Respect from customers - Everyone knows the value that Oracle brings

      Cons

      Management - too comfortable sitting where they are. Pressure from higher management is easily passed down to the employees, without absorbing anything in between Non existent pay hike - Haven't heard this word in the 2 years Too big a team to hope for quick recognition and growth
