      Pros

      For me I have good hours (8-5) while still making a decent salary and commission structure for my level. There are good benefits in terms of health, dental etc.

      Cons

      Management has no concept of the differences between territories. They will give the same quotas to everyone even if they have well known inferior territories as compared to a great territory. Therefore it has nothing to do with your sales ability but about how lucky you are the day you come in and get your territory.
