It is a nice place to work. The direct management is great. The technology is awesome. Flexible working hour. Recommend to work at GoldenGate.

Cons

The upper management does not have close control of the entire company. There is some politics going on in the company.

best place for work life balance. flexible timings flexible team change opportunities you can take holidays anytime u want best place to work in database concepts

Cons

promotions and hikes are not good less bonuses not a viable place for freshers to grow
