      Great Divide Between Management and Individual Contributor

      Good benefits Ability to work from home (however, this is at local management discretion) Professional culture Great colleagues to work and collaborate with (although upper management encourages feature competition)

      Promotions only for political reasons Raises few and far between (3 years at last count) No formal reviews, means management free to do as it pleases with employees fate

      They have the latest technology. Their products are all cool. Nice brand name. Flexibility is good. Work life and personal life balance is good.

      Cons

      Your areas of working is restricted. It is tough to wear different hats and work on different areas. The pay and compensation is very very bad and is very unfair.

      Good in Banking domain Oracle Brand No standards to follow No process to follow

      No hikes since many years. No promotions. We can't believe s.management. Every time false commitments by Sr.management. You wont get relieving letter. They wont even accept your resignation. After resignation,they will ask you to wait for 3-4 months, But company policy says, 1 month is the notice period. No powers to HR. HR will say, I cannot do anything about your resignation or relieving. Management is not good. No clarity about Hikes, Nobody knows when we will get action letters( after 2.5 years also , same situation). No Latest technologies. Overall horrible place to work.
