      * If you are paid well, then its the place to settle in IT industry * Flexible work timing * Work from home * Not too much of work pressure

      Cons

      * Only the Compensation has to be reviewed depends on your promotion * Annual salary revision is not so good

      Flexibility; open to telecommuting, people have a good sense of the boundaries between work and personal lives; nice campus in Redwood City

      Cons

      Very "top down" culture; groups can be very siloed so it's hard to work cross-functionally; so many products, it's hard to be anything other than a specialist in one particular area.

      flexible working hours, and friendly relationship with colleagues. If you are a lady, then it will do you good to work here.

      Cons

      salary is relative low. Also, the employees personal relationship's a little bit too close. Lots of rumors and gossip there hehe.
