      Talent missing, too much of big company politics

      Pros

      Easy movement inside the company. Easy to change roles. Opportunity to network with people. Stable job. Good benefits including 401k, health.

      Cons

      Too much politics. No opportunity to innovate. For every project atleast 3 groups try to do the same thing instead of picking up other projects.

      Pros

      - Good work/life balance - Manager listen to you.... (but do nothing) - flexi timing - good training ...but u have to ask for it. - good salary for management level people - Agile development.

      Cons

      - No hike..if there is then in general between 3%-6% only. - Promotion with out hike... :( - No good work..... few small - To much Self service..... u have to ask for EVERY thing.... ..so BABY WHO CRY GET THE MILK policy -Buy new company from your money ... Don't come, If u are developer and want to go good work or new technology.

      Pros

      brand name is huge and company is growing. Flexibitliy @ work. Global Exposure is one of the reasons. One of the topmost company's in the world

      Cons

      no Hike in 4 yrs.. no promotion in last 3 yrs. I don't understand Recession is the reason for this issue.
