      Pros

      Excellent benefits and nice HQ campus. Depending on the department work/life balance can be great. Exposure to large multinational company that is growing through acquisitions.

      Cons

      Pay is very low and raises are nonexistent for most. Pay is out of line with high tech companies - employees from acquisitions can make 20-30% more for similar jobs. Heavy acquisition activity continues to add complexity and more work with no additional resources or compensation. The addition of hardware has yet to be proven a good move.

      Pros

      Fair amount of workload. Flexible working hours and locations. Nice Gym.

      Cons

      The compensation you got when you join the company are the ones you would be holding on to for quite long time. I had 10% sales increase in 6 years of service even though I had one promotion.
