      Pros

      Great benefits, lots of technologies and customers. Very flexible in terms of remote work. In fact, the more you work from home the better.

      Cons

      Oracle does not pay competative salaries. There are many internal open positions but its very to move to those positions.

      Great place to start a career, you can make a fair number of contacts internally.

      Cons

      Short-sided business decisions. Your success or failure is tied directly to the competence of your manager and their manager. Many of the regional managers are beyond incompetent.
