      Pros

      Good support from peers, good tools. Flexible schedule, good reputation, and solid financial company. Opportunity to work with many different kinds of customers and industries.

      Cons

      Management in all 6 levels above me have no idea what I do. When major customer satisfaction issues arise, it is virutally impossible to mobilize a unified Oracle "team" to address them.

      Time off when needed. Management which inspires. Okay place to settle down for life, if growth is not important.

      Cons

      Poorest salary in pack. Translucent Management . Compensation controlled tightly at CEO level. Everyone else is a spineless fool in Management. Focus missing in Excellence. People are considered as useless and dispensable. No Growth in terms of Salary.
