      Pros

      Good friendly environment, minimilastic politics (if any), good learning curve. Flexible attitude in terms of wfh, or taking couple of hours off during work for personal reasons.

      Cons

      No salary fittment, bonus, promotions past couple of years.

      I have found senior mgmt. to be very supportive. The mgmt. team is very good at reaching out to the rank and file.

      Cons

      It can be hard to move up in company. There is no clear career track to make vertical moves within company.
