      Lots of middle management shakeup year over year. Front line management more concerned with managing from a spread sheet rather assisting with compressing sales cycles.

      Pros

      The products are good, with sound technology behind them. They have a good customer base but because of how they are structured internally it's hard to address the full spectrum of customer needs sometimes.

      Cons

      The corporate culture internally is dreadful. Dog eat dog, almost no collaboration or teaming. Customer relationships suffer as a result. Management does not properly support the field teams.
