Low salary Not enough emphasis to keep good employees Mis matched personnel in positions not suited to their strengths Arrogant work place No salary increases - negotiate hard on first entry as this will remain as your base salary. (Unless you leave and come back up to a max of 3 times... Must have left for more than a year before re-entering on a higher basic salary)
