      Good Sales Compensation Plans Excellent Training Skilled Management and Employees Strong Brand Tons of Resources Lots of opportunities to move around Oracle. Great to have Oracle on your resume

      Internal systems are a big challenge. Imagine sharing a CRM system with tens of thousands of other sales people. Its a challenge. The systems there are very restrictive, not easy to use, and always changing. Oracle is a very big company with thousands of sales reps. The sales reps are not incentivized to work together. As a result, you will compete with other Oracle sales
