Pros

Global leader with solid solutions

Cons

Terrible Go to Market strategy! Not enough accounts and Way too many people calling into same account which confuses Customers. They don't know who does what and are fatigue with all of the mixed messages from Oracle.

Pros

- Oracle pays a competitive/slightly higher than average base salary. - Easy to slide under the radar. - Looks good to have Oracle experience on your resume.

Cons

- The most disorganized work experience you will ever have. - You will spend more time selling internally than externally. - Oracle likes to "bring the Oracle bus" to sales meetings. - Everyone and their mother will be in your deals. - NOTHING happens quickly. If you need something done 90 days from now, it better be started today. - Beware of clawbacks for things you have no control over (ie: audits). - Too much bureaucracy and red tape.
