Very comfortable environment in world class company, the brand is known by every customer. You can jump from role to role, the only constant it's the change. There is lot of deeply knowledge that the groups share and when you used to look for it, it's an advantage for you.

Cons

The Salary and compensation is not the best and there is not annual increment in salary. Because it too large sometimes it is difficult that every line of business work as only one company.

Cons

Because of the size of the company, some operations functionality is bogged down with process issues and application inflexibility. Corporate systems are good - but with over 100K employees - certain restrictions and freedoms are expected to be limited.

Cons

HR exist for the company only, employees are completely not important. Oracle will never be a top 100 employer and the culture of management is to be prod of this fact. Bureaucracy and terrible use of own systems - is shocking
