1)inaccurate & unfair assignment of accounts 2) changing territories every year, 3)unfair holdout periods with the changing of territories resulting in loss of all your commissions; and new person who inherited territory gets everything 4) management does not care about employees 5) Management does not care about clients just about investors 6) Very few people make plan or money
