Pros

Great structure, training and support

Cons

Much of the technology you are selling is siloed so many of the reps are reaching out to the same contacts at an account but for many different product sets, which can annoy customers and make the reps seem disorganized and unprepared.

Pros

You meet some cool people. Basically feels like college 2.0. Moved from Florida after college knowing no one and met all of my best friends through this company.

Cons

I don’t even know where to begin. They throw you into the fire with little training or resources to be successful. They tell you lies in the interview- it’s a sink or swim environment!! Turnover is extremely high. If you aren’t performing within the first month, you will be put on a PIP and fired. Success here depends on manager. Huge disconnect between management and the actual requirements of the role. Have to work overtime to hit quota. Everyone is miserable.
