Young Culture, will meet friends for sure, free food and swag sometimes.

Cons

Advertised as Hybrid, as of august will need to be in office monday to Thursday. Your managers dont care about you. They only care about hitting quota. If you get a new hire manager then just start searching for a new job because they will be useless. You can be performing a managers will still find a problem with you. Whether its not working in your cubical or you talk to people to much. IF THEY PUT YOU ON A COACHING PLAN, PLEASE KNOW THAT IS A PIP. THEY WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT DEVELOPING YOU.
