Pros

Good work environment in terms of your colleagues. Everyone is smart and determined. The deals are big so they take a long time to close so that creates less of a hustle hustle churn and burn atmosphere you get with some transactional sales jobs.

Cons

They don't want to pay management so they hire people with no experience for the lower levels and it really shows.
