-Good work life balance. -Coworkers are very intelligent, often younger. Keeps the culture and feel of the office fun. -Getting to be in the tech industry and see the frequent changes with such a large corporation is an incredible learning experience. -Very intelligent sales people that you can learn multiple career/life skills from -New office is incredible.

Cons

-No salary increases -Extremely difficult to enter new lines of business -Constant changes to comp plan -Such a large company that other employees can contact your customers and tarnish your potential sales. -Some situations are out of your control with the red tape and different management styles.
