Pros

Intitally, the role is a good experience and NetSuite is a good company to work for. I have met some good friends and have seen success in the SDR role.

Cons

There are limited promotion opportunites and not much training or support to get you to the next step in your career. They are not transparent about promotion opportunities such as how many spots there is, when they would be open and how long it would take for you to get promoted. There are also no raises until the next role. The culture is also a bit clicky and exclusive.

Pros

The SDR/BDC org went through a lot of changes in the past year, which were mostly for the better. New SDR managers, a good few SDRs promoted, quota changes, etc.

Cons

*In office for 4 days *Promotions are cyclical and orgs outside of the one you're in can be confusing to navigate/learn *Same comp whether you support Enterprise, Government, or Commercial accounts.
